Austin Fisher is a composer based in Rhode Island, USA.

He has composed music for The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Jewish Museum, The Hudson River Museum, The Center for Craft, the United Nations, Prada, Vans, Tasaki, the School of Visual Arts, and the Ford Motor Company amongst others.

One of his specializations is collaborating with artists, including Michelle Lopez, Alex Da Corte, Orkan Telhan, LJ Roberts and Darko Dragičević, to realize sound elements of their works.

His sounds have filled the galleries of the Whitney Museum of American Art’s 2022 Biennial exhibition Quiet as It’s Kept, The Carnegie Museum of Art for 57th edition of the Carnegie International (2018), the 58th Venice Biennale May You Live in Interesting Times (2019), the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, the Dallas Museum of Art, MOCA Toronto, Prada Rong Zhai, Shanghai, Glenstone, the Institute of Contemporary Art (Philadelphia), the Center for Architecture and Design, and Protocinema.
